Finger Foods for 6-Month-Old Babies
The best 6-month finger foods are large, soft, and easy to hold: avocado spears, banana with a peel handle, steamed broccoli florets, soft potato wedges, and tender meat strips. If it does not mash between your fingers, it is not a 6-month finger food.

Frequently asked questions
How many finger foods at once?
One or two is enough. A crowded tray is harder to learn from.
