BLW Meal Plan for a 7-Month-Old
By 7 months many babies take two solid sittings a day. Keep milk feeds. Add more iron-rich foods, another allergen if you have not, and slightly more variety — still in mashable strips and florets.

Frequently asked questions
My 7-month-old still barely swallows. Is the plan failing?
Not by itself. Check softness, sitting, and whether milk feeds were just finished. Call your pediatrician if growth is off or all textures are refused.
